Rita is a passionate and dynamic Italian-American woman who grew up between New York, Rome, and Florence. The Big Apple is her heart, where she was born and spent part of her childhood, but it was the magic of Rome that captured her soul, accompanying her during her legal studies.
During her university years, Rita experienced the thrill of being a hostess at numerous congresses and events, an occasional commitment that fascinated and engaged her to the point where event planning became her profession.
She worked for 10 years for a major Roman agency, a leader in the events sector. In search of new stimuli, in 2006 she moved to Florence where she founded MCR Conference S.r.l.. The experience gained over more than twenty years in the event organization sector led Rita in 2017 to create the brand, Your Wedding in Florence. Known for her extraordinary empathy, Rita has the unique ability to fully understand her clients, regardless of where they come from in the world. Every desire, every taste, every tradition is at the center of her attention because for Rita, every event is an opportunity to create an unforgettable experience.

Viola Focardi – Wedding Planner & Travel Manager
Viola has a great passion for travel and diverse cultures, which led her to dedicate herself to tourism and event organization, accruing over 20 years of experience in the field. She holds a degree in Art History and adores Tuscany: she is a licensed tour guide for Florence and its province and loves spending weekends discovering new corners of her region.
Reliability, competence, and kindness are the qualities that enable her to create unique and unforgettable events: what gives her the greatest satisfaction is fulfilling the wishes of the couples on the most important day of their lives!
